Seniors Thursday Prepractice 2006 USA #711 reporting

It was good today, we had clouds, 6 kt climbs and many had fun, with
good flights. XX, DB, 7U, DUO, JOY, RC, GV, RS, R9,and others flew.
Many had long runs with cloud streets looking like West Texas. Had only
a few outlandings, a slide on the grass, ya, someone forgot gear, and
Seminole is pretty grass. No harm, no foul. Best landing of day goes to
DB, he has his 28 Meter toy here. It looks good on final. Hope you can
see it someday. Some had chutes and annuals done today, they will fly
tomorrow. Tomorrow looks warmer, stronger and higher, CD Spratt should
be here, and first contest day is Sunday. More trailers are pulling in
now as I type, and it looks like a full house, with some folks not
getting in. When you get clouds, after several blue days, you know the
fun and good times roll, and tonite we had many smiles. Thermal tight,
Soar high, Fly safe. # 711 reporting.
