The unique axial orientation of Uranus allows a person to discern how
the planet does not keep its same face to the Sun over the course of
an annual orbit,in this case about 84 years to complete a circuit. The
same change in orbital orientation applies to the Earth affecting the
unequal natural noon cycles and the main reason for the seasons.

How this post ends up in rec.aviation.piloting is due to the fact that
pilots deal with seperate motions of forward speed and altitude
combined into a complex motion in order to land their aircraft and
while it can be argued that to dock a boat requires the same
judgemental skill, the obvious precision is highly developed in pilots.

In short, the axial rotation of the Earth almost runs parallel with the
slow change in orbital orientation and obscures it,by correctly
intepreting the dual motions of Uranus with the benefit of seeing
axial rotation runs at almost 90 degrees to the orbital orientation
change and applying it to Earth,it becomes possible to rid astronomy
of the pseudo-dynamic of variable axial tilt which is currently used
to explain the seasons -

Again,it is a question of developed skills in recognising that the
Earth does not keep the same face to the Sun throughout an annual
orbit by extracting axial rotation and focusing only on orbital
motion. It is also enjoyable to promote a new motion for the
Earth, namely, the change in orbital orientation attached to orbital
motion.
