Yes.

Then why the problem? The movie isn't even an issue.

They can't sleep, and they get bored, so they watch movies. Perhaps
if they could find a way to simply sleep through the flight, they
would.

Maybe the best thing the airlines can do is cut out the movie. Then
they won't have to deal with middle-age children whining about
someone's window interfering with their movie.

What about the middle-age children who whine about not being able to
look at the hazy horizon and filmy clouds outside the window?

Air travel is just transportation to most people: a necessary evil
that must be endured to get from one place to another.

Be glad that general aviation is still legal in the USA. It may not
always be so.
