Just cuz I'm curious (haven't read the NOTAMs so don't know), I know you have to call a specific FSS and file an "adiz plan" if you're VFR]
You don't have to call any particular FSS. However, the further away from DC your ADIZ is, the less likely they are to know how to do it right. .
