Unfortunately, your message will be lost on most people when they read this
passage. It invokes an image of a hate monger. Women and minorities can and
do provide excellent experience levels at numerous FSDOs. Instead, why not
focus on the real problem. With the FAA's contrained budget, its employees
are overloaded in a mountain of work and the experienced people get fed up
and go back to the private sector.
