Royal Pageant flypast

Despite the weather, yesterday's Royal Pageant on the Thames was a great success.
The cloudbase became so low that the top of the Shard (310 m, 1,016 ft) was covered and the flypast had to be cancelled. Unfortunately this meant that the spectators (and Her Majesty of course) were deprived of seeing this, an impressive display that is probably impossible in any other aircraft:
