Really, do the math. A BUFF launches a ALCM from 1000
miles to target, in 2 hours it's 1000 miles from launch point,
up to 2000 miles from target, that's a lot of air.
A sub launches a SLCM and in 2 hours is 60 miles from launch
point, that's a lot of water, both should work well, augmentively.
