Working on a restoration and the device has an electric motor.
According to the manual it takes power from the 110 volt 400 hertz
buss. Now, if I hook it up to 110 volt 60 hertz, what will happen?

A - nothing
B - run but underspeed
C - run but overspeed
D - blue smoke of electric death

I'm hoping for B, but want to bounce the idea off someone else before I
try it.

MAH

I'd say B, try it with no load, off a stepper transformer
or a dimmer switch.
What's the current (or Power) rating?
