Poland is not worth fighting over by the West, no matter what
politicians think. Most Americans could careless about Poland and even
in WW2, Britain and France declared war against Germany for Poland.

Well, most Americans do not even know where Polnad is! :)

Most would not know where Germany is either.

Some interesting points. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Nearly two-thirds of Americans aged 18 to 24 still cannot find Iraq on a map.

33 percent could not point out Louisiana on a U.S. map.

88 percent of those questioned could not find Afghanistan on a map of Asia
63 percent could not find Iraq or Saudi Arabia on a map, and 75 percent could not point out Iran or Israel. Forty-four percent couldn't find any one of those four countries.

Half or fewer of young men and women 18-24 can identify the states of New York or Ohio on a map. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

A tip: If you debate with someone national policy, part of the way though put on a question "How can that be? Do you know where those places are?" As these surveys show most of the time, they will not have a clue.

They only surveyed 510 people......I'd have to think that the above percentages are only valid for those 510 people, not for all Americans aged 18-24. You really need to be careful with such statistics since they can give a very skewed conclusion which may or may not be valid.

Having seen the quality of recent high school grads; I would say those numbers are right. Todays kids are dumb as bricks and getting worse.
