I'm saying they probably abandoned the Base 211 by 1958 for S American
bases. The German populations in S America are in the millions now.
However, the NSA continues to block access to Lake Vostok even from
the ISS. What is it they don't want people to see and why did they
stop drilling teams there in the late 1990s and abduct foreigners with
SFs... if nothing is going on down below? I don't know, but the pulses
coming from underground are not natural- many believe they are man-
made. So it is a question of who or what is underneath several miles
of ice??? And since Lake Vostok is in the Russian sector, why have
they allowed the NSA to control that area??? The Russians were
supposed to bring in military digging equipment and drilling machines,
but none ever arrived. And yet the unusual phenomenon of Lake Vostok
continues... a true mystery.

I believe the Nazis are sticking to the Z-Plan originated by Maria
Orsic and Canaris before his death.
