If you look carefully in the background, the guy playing the Russian
ambassador is struggling to keep his composure and is on the edge of
cracking up in laughter as well.

I have a feeling several scenes had to be re-shot for exactly that
reason. I can imagine someone on the crew almost lost it when "you
better not be practicing no preversions in there" was said in utter dead
pan.

Yeh...remember the 'out takes' for the Pink Panther?...musta been a
dozen retakes of the 'fart in the elevator' scene...it got so bad that
the guys would burst into laughter as soon as the elevator doors
opened to let them in...jeez...
