Remaining KAL 007 Shoot-Down Mystery

If the airliner was hit by a Soviet fighter and destroyed after the 1
minute 25 seconds as evidenced by the end of function of the black box
recorder, then why was the flight still tracked for 12 more minutes
after the hit unless the plane was forced down?
There is also all the unaccounted luggage from the holds and
mysterious lack of human remains- only 13 bodies identified in
International waters by Japanese fishermen (many from pieces)... while
nothing from the Soviets.
Thirteen out of 269.
Any plausible explanations? I ask because there is a KAL 007 Survivors
organization that believes that the airliner was forced down and that
people are being held prisoner, even though it has been 24 years
later!
