One of my teachers at school had one. There was something of a design flaw.
The 'door' consisted of the entire front end being hinged on the left and it
had
no reverse gear. Consequently if you parked too close to an obstruction
you were well and truly stuck :)
There were also messerschmitt and BMW bubble cars
