Re: Way Off Topic. Otis Willie Topic

Us former military paper shufflers learned long ago how to identify and indeed
to create loopholes in regulations large enough for the proverbial Mack truck.
You want to reproduce the disclaimer that Otis Willie adds to his stuff? Delete
the last sentence in the reproduced copy and you've no longer provided the
report in its entirety.....ergo, the rest of it is now a legally reproduceable
edited version.

Hey, he's inviting you to chop up his stuff....most of us "authors" get highly
pissed when someone does it to our uncopywrited stuff, so why not take advantage
of the invitation.

However, since ass covering is the "rule de jour", best not take my word for it,
since I'm not only not a patent or copywrite attorney, I'm not one of any kind.

with our laws this report cannot be provided in

Does this not seem like a double standard. He can post this info for
his own site and benefit (hence spam this newsgroup), yet we cannot
copy and paste it onto the Newsgroup. If someone started going to the
links that are provided and copying and pasting the link here would
anything actually be done. Reason I say it is because I wanted to see
the Air Force OSI link but here at work I cannot click on links, but
can read this newsgroup.
