offer your opinion, good or bad? As it is a gift, I will not simply
discard it, but I wonder as I read it, how other would view the
quality of the author's research.

I don't have that particular war book. I have over 3,000 military
books from multiple decades so I cut them down a bit now that I am
trying to sell my own!!!
Anyway, is the premise the planned 1942 Amerika Bomber attacks
(Me-264, etc...) or the emergency early 1945 resurrrected Amerika
Bomber projekt with ultra-long range Ju-290, Ju-390, He-277, Ho-XVIII,
Ar E.555, and Sanger-Bredt Silbervogel spacecraft?
If you question that basic premise, it IS true.
This is tied-in with Germany's Wunderwaffen under development and
plans to use a single bomb dropped over Manhatten sometime in 1945...
some say June... others by October. Some of the a/c existed and could
be used for such an attack as is the case with the Ju-390, Ju-290,
Bv-222, and He-277. Sanger was reactivated in Feb 1945 in Lofer,
Austria and the a/c was found in mock-up form there. The Hortens were
ordered to build the Ho-XVIII starting in March 1945 but only
completed the tubular center section upon surrender.
WHAT?, may you ask was the point if Germany DID NOT possess a nuclear
weapon? Well, here is where it gets both complicated and highly
classified. Germany is now suspected of having either possessed or
test-detonated a mini-nuke in Thuringia and/or the Baltic. They also
had two radiologicals under construction that were discovered and
destroyed- both targeted for Manhatten by captured Luftwaffe grid map.
The SS wanted to introduce some form of plasma weapon as well but
little is known of it nor of the SS nuclear program that is totally
seperate from the Virus House program. They had some form of superbomb
and had a variety of delivery systems contemplated and under
construction upon surrender including a/c, towed V-2 containers being
constructed at Stettin (Prufstand XII) a spaceplane (the Silbervogel),
and even an ICBM design (Peenemunde A-9/A-10) along with several
spaceplanes (manned V-2s like the EMW A-6 and EMW A-9).
It sounds crazy but there was so much technology transfer in 1945 to
Japan and OTHER classified nations outside the Reich that is STILL a
highly guarded secret. Think Argentina and even in remote Antarctica
at Base 211, Neu Schwabenland.
There is plenty of evidence of German-Argentine co-operation during
and after the war and the German expedition to, claim of, and
development of a presence in Antarctica (where Britain and the US
waged a secret war themselves during and after the war supposedly into
the late 1950s).
Most people who have heard of the secret Nazi bases outside the Reich
and the Reich surviving postwar think it is lunacy. But consider that
in Europe the most secret weapons were tested on isolated islands
(Peenemunde and Misdroy), in Czechoslavakia (Prag-Kbel), in Poland
(near concentration camps), and in Austria (Oberammergau and Lofer).
As the Russian Army advanced from the East these nations and
installations fell as the West rushed in with Intel specialists to
grab everything before the Russians. Trapped in a closing vice, the
Fuhrer was urged by the SS to retreat to the Alpine redoubt
inThuringia where the new Fuhrer HQ and world's largets underground
war facility was being built- the massive Jonastal S-III complex. It
was not finished in time and all the history we know is that Hitler
supposedly stayed in the bunker and killed himself with Eva Braun.
Yet, people still question if we have been lied to. There was not
enough gasoline to incinerate the corpses of Hitler and Eva Braun let
alone the Goebbels family, so their skeletons would have been captured
intact. If the Russians DID get the remains, WHY do they insist that
they kept it quiet from the West and buried Hitler 3 different times
by the KGB in German territory before sending the remains back to
Moscow? This is bizarre in the extreme. And even today all we have is
their word that the skull fragment is Hitlers and that they verified
dental records. Really? Where is the rest of Hitler's and Eva's
bodies? Where is the photgraphic evidence of the remains? Why bury and
rebury the corpses over many yeras in what became the DDR?
The West holds the secrets of the SS and their superweapon plans for
the summer of 1945. Russia holds the secrets of what they recovered at
the bunker and what they found in Eastern Europe. If any of these
things that are classified alter "official" victor-written history and
the perception of the world's postwar events, it is doubtful they will
ever release anything to the contrary.
The sightings of UFOs began not in the US with Kenneth Arnold and
Roswell- they happened during the war over occupied France (Foo
Fighters finally acknowledged by US Intel reports as German Phoo
Bombs) and in the South Atlantic, in Argentina (Patagonia, and Tierra
del Fuego). This phenomena then spread to the US where the bulk of
German secret weapons were tested from location-to-location starting
at Wright Field, moving down to New Mexico, then over to Edwards, and
finally up to Groom Lake.
There are things in this world where truth is much stranger than
fiction. The German discs were admitted through FOIA documents and
other declassified Intel documents by 1995. But the bulk of those
discs remain classified for 75 yrs (2020). Jonastal S-III is
classified for 100 yrs (2045) and the German govt. will NOT allow any
excavations there despite growing interest and speculation that there
are weapons buried at that location. Officially S-III was to be
sectioned off with chambers that acted as wheel spokes surrounding the
buried Fuhrer HQ at the core. The chambers would have produced the
following: Jet fighters, disc aircraft, ICBMs, nerve gas, beam
weaponry, and several types of bombs be it nuclear, radiological, or
plasma.
I do not know what the premise of the book you mentioned is but for at
least the German and Axis plans to bomb the US buy the excellent book,
"Target America: Hitler's Plan to Attack the United States" by James
P. Duffy. All Axis programs are dealt with and documented.

Beyond)". While the story and conspiracies surrounding these
magnificent prototype machines may be alarming or dismissed as
fantasy, there is alot of documentation and proof that Germany WAS
involved in more than 30 disc programs. You cannot dismiss evidence of
30 different programs by various organizations, manufacturers, and
individuals that immediately postwar applied for disc aircraft
patents. This explains WHY the US, UK, Britain, USSR, and Canada all
tried to develop this type of non-military and non-essential type of
craft at a time when the Cold War was getting warmer everyday. When
you add the German engineers to this puzzle, who all worked at
different times on different projects at different locations inside
and outside the Reich... things jusy don't make sense unless there was
a concentrated effort to get this technology developed. Postwar, names
like Lockheed, Northrop, Boeing, AVRO Canada, NASA, and Sukhoi are
quite disturbing being associated with disc military a/c development.
Look into it and make up your own mind on what to believe.
