I'ld say turn of the decade '50's-60's.
The newest car I see looks to be a '59 Cadillac. If it wasn't for it I
would have looked at the people and said mid to late fifties.
I like Harry's estimate better.
Someone with a better head than I for gasoline pump design might be able to
say, but those pumps look modern for 1960.
Maybe an Oregon license-plate fanatic could tell something from the color
of the plates on the Cadillac.
