That's small change.
Instead save $2,000 per person per year by replacing the USA health care system with a copy of the French system.
A portion of the half a trillion dollars a year saved would solve all of the problems caused by the Bush - Clinton procurement holiday.
The next step would be to fix education by trimming spending to EU levels and apply the savings towards balancing the budget.
