Is it possible to take courses through University of Pheonix while
stationed overseas if someone has a job fixing electronic components
Deployed?

Mike brought up a good point. Much of your AF training brings with it
college credit, so that's free credit hours. You can obtain a Community
College of the Air Force associate degree that is the equal of any community
college degree.
