And for the 12 years of the Reagan and Bush #41 tenures, they continued to
voluntarily honor a policy put in place for political reasons by Jimmy Carter?
If they did, then you shouldn't be finding fault with that Republican endorsed
policy, should you. Are you absolutely certain that the services' willingness
to accept high school dropouts didn't disappear when we went to an all-volunteer
armed force? I suggest you do your own homework on that subject before you hang
yourself out to dry.
