Yes, all three of those things by the time the P-38 was in common use
in the Pacific.
It's a bit unfair however to use kill ratios with only American
figures: i.e. how many planes Bong claimed he shot down versus how
many planes he was shot down in. You either should use claims only, in
which case the Japanese navy pilots win hands down, or you have to use
actual losses. The latter is difficult but can be done. For example,
John Lundstrom broke out the USN and IJN losses for the first six
months of the Pacific War, eliminating those that appeared to be
misadventure. His result (as I recall it) 41 Zeroes lost to Wildcats,
and 42 Wildcats lost to Zeroes.
(The claims of course were much higher, especially for the Japanese
because of their system or lack of system for accounting for
victories.)
