IAP at Tegucigalpa (TGU)

I recently had the opportunity to fly into TGU as a pax, and it was an
interesting approach, flying past houses and ridge lines on either side and
close by as well, with a lot of gusting from the winds swirling around the
mountains. It felt like there were a lot of turns in the approach, and with
only one runway that I could see, there was a major cross wind. Since it's
only around 6100 feet they really planted the plane and got the reverse
thrusters and brakes going quickly.
When deplaning I noticed that there were two full captains on board,
something that I also hadn't seen in the past. Someone mentioned this was a
special procedure for planes flying into TGU because of the difficult
approach.
I sure wouldn't want to try this approach at night or in IMC.
Something in the memory banks says that this is one of the most challenging
approaches around- does anyone have anything on this, along with some of the
approach plates?
