The way I understand it if you make the tire too hard it loses grip,
but it won't blowout, correct? If this is true can't the drivers
control the loss of grip by slowing down in the corners? Wouldn't this
be a good test of driver skill? Sometimes I get the feeling the
drivers want to be able to run flat out, on a high or low line,
without having to use their brakes.
No, they want to run faster than the other guy.
