With the admission of "I'm not handy." Nascar now host Eric Kuselias
had to have his brother in law help him put up an artificial tree that
required only the ability to put the color or letter coated tree limb
in the equally coded place on the tree. He was actually shamed on air
to give it an attempt by several radio personalities.

Now if someone is going to host a Nascar show and do the job, you
would also expect they have at least the mechanical ability to put up
a Christmas tree without help. The good tv reporters don't need to be
drivers or crew chiefs. The do need enough mechanical understanding
to do the most important thing in conducting an interview. That's
listening to the answer to the question that was just asked, and be
able to process the information and ask a follow up question that is
based on the previous answer. Otherwise just hand me a copy of the
script and I can read it myself.

No doubt! I'd nominate u Mark to host the show.
I would not nominate u to write the script however.
The show might last 3 hours! ;)
CRU

Nah Cru. There is already one windbag on Speed. Besides just how
long do you think I would stay on the air anyway? lol Nascar would
get rid of me quicker than Tony George would pull the plug on a Robin
Miller interview. lol.

Still would you admit that you didn't have the horse sense to put up a
tree? Reminds me of an old Lewis Grizzard song. It was "D#@$
Brother, I don't believe I'd have told that". lol

There is no accounting for ESPN's writers.
Especially their idiotic commercials.
Apparently i am out of touch with what is cool today.

Shame on ya Mark for 'switching horses in midstream'.
I thot u were talking about ESPN not Speed?
