Big deal - the car didn't pass on it's first run through inspection. That should not be the big story and the big concern that it is. What should be of concern is whether the car is out there on race day. To be out there, it had to have passed. End of story. After all - what is the purpose of the inspection process?

Mike I think it also hinges on just what the team(s) tried to get through inspection. Not sure, yet, what the impact of the fender 'adjustments' would have made, but trying to get something past inspection that is suspect is, well, suspect.
