It will be interesting, if Rick has included him in the offer....

It will indeed but frankly I suspect he will be. Working side by
side? That's another issue and frankly as long as its not openly
hostile, it really won't matter. All the tech data regarding set ups
and other car data is likely on a computer network that can be
accessed by all. If Chad wants something from the Earnhardt car,
rather than find Eury or Dale Jr, he likely would just go to the
laptop and look it up themselves. It would be fairly easy to have
relatively good communication without any of the drivers or crew
chiefs ever exchanging a word. That would avoid most of the ego
issues that are sure to develop. That's going to be fun to watch.

The other thing I can't wait to see is a Jr. Jeff 1 2 finish like we
had recently with Jimmy and Jeff. The look on Jeff's face finishing
second behind Jimmy was priceless, and Jeff brought Jimmy into the
sport. It nearly crushed him that he couldn't punt him to win. Wait
till he has to finish second to Jr. on his rear bumper, and not be
able to punt a teammate. That I can't wait to see the post race
interview.
