I have wondered myself why the teams don't use a shift light set a
little below pit speed, not a cure all but I bet Matt Kenseth could
have seen that when he was exiting pit road in all the traffic.
Good question. I'm not certain if NASCAR rules allow shift lights,
they may be forbidden electronics.
