COT-Passing
If i'm interpreting Racers' comments correctly, they feel N is going
about fixing the lack of passing incorrectly with The COT.
N sez dirty the air for the leading car so that trailing cars
won't have the dreaded Aero-Push, then will be able to pass the leader.
The Racers (especially The Owners) feel that there will be more
passing if the car bodies stay the same, just decrease horsepower.
Slower speeds equal more driver confidence that his car will stick
going into the corners.
Is this The Basic Difference of Opinion on how to bring back
the long-lost uniqueness of StockCarRacin', namely--PASSING?
