I would take the game back and get another one. I think which may happen is
that Microsoft and EA has a license conflict. When the store install the
game EA patch the ip address from the store and at home with a different ip
address Microsoft and or EA see its as a copy (bootleg).
That would be my guess, get a new Serial Number and bet cookie to donut it
may work.
