His backup car that day was a top-5 car. If it was a 20th place car, he
would've finished 20th. There have been drivers who, others have
claimed, add 20 horsepower just by being behind the wheel. Gordon is
not one of those drivers.

Not that impressive. Dozens of drivers have won races with no power
