1) You said, and I quote: "~ he (McMurray) would have finished in the top
three of the
Chase" and in another post you said: " I'm telling you that he would have
been in the top three last year" That is incorrect. Gordon had a better
average finishing position in the final ten races, acquired more points in
those same races & finished third in the chase. So Tell me, how would
McMurray have pulled that one off? HMMMMMMMMMM?
2) You said you didn't call me stupid or insult me.
Again you said, & I quote: "it is moronic and short sighted
of you to assume otherwise." AND, "I assume even you can make the
connection there." AND
If that wasn't calling me stupid, and that wasn't insulting me, what exactly
are your definitions of those words?
3) You said that Jamie's past performance would be a good indication of his
future competitiveness in the chase, but you only want to consider ONE year
in the four years he has driven!!!!
And when given the stats to prove you are wrong, you want *other* stats
because the stats I gave you weren't good enough!!!!! Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
4) And perhaps the funniest one of all, You said: "I don't think the
average female sports fans would find it amusing that you would assume
her interest rests in the looks of the driver / athlete that she
supports in the context of a serious discussion of the sport and
athlete in question."
Bullcrap, I grew up with four sisters, and have a wife & two daughters.
Don't tell me one of the considerations a woman makes about choosing an
athlete to support wouldn't be partially based upon his looks? How do you
think Clinton got voted into office;.......... TWICE?
One of the first things ANY woman says about an athlete is how cute he is. I
know better than that...
There's four instances right off the bat...

When you compare stats you gotta compare the same stats or
> the comparison is meaningless.

Holy ***, I compared McMurray & Gordon's EXACT STATS, what more do you
want?
I cannot quote you McMurray's *chase stats* because so far, HE HAS NONE.
There was only one chase so far.............., so should we make some chases
up to make you happy????

Using one's lifetime performance v. the
> rest of the field's single season is laughable.

Again, There was only one chase, we are talking specifically about the
chase.
Are you seriously that dense? My guess is, it's more like denial.

Jamie was in different

Excuses, nothing nut excuses. His only victory in cup racing was in a car
set up by Sterling Marlin, or did you forget that one too?

so strategy may have

Consider Jamie's situation???? BWAAAHAAAAA! Maybe we can vote Jamie a title.
Begging didn't get him into the chase last year. lololololol

You used his lifetime
> stats v. the other's single season for one reason only ~ to bolster
> your argument.

No, because it fit the situation.
One chase so far, we were discussing the chase,....... cannot use any other
ones, because THERE WEREN'T ANY OTHER CHASES.

Your may be growing bored now, but you grew weak in
> your argument long ago.

Puleeeeeese, you missed the bus waaaaay back...
Tell me again about the moronic & short sighted deal...

A woman's view of reality......scary....

Poof! You are gone.
