He was breaking the rules on purpose, to try and get an advantage.
so nascar nipped it in the ***, with the 1 lap penalty, they did the
right thing, if he got away with it, it would have set a precedent.
like his spinning out on purpose to bring out a caution and help
himself. this guy will try to break all the rules because he can't win
on skill alone, he sucks and is a moron to boot.
