NOW, I ready to watch the Nextel cup tomorrow.
Why do you complain so much, and then say you will watch it tomorrow? Why
rant if you are gonna watch it anyway?
What he might have meant was that if they adopted showroom stock
with retail tires, THEN he'd be ready to watch the Bristol race.
Bristol might actually be a great venue for showroom stock
or pretty-near-stock. With the high banking, the cars go
around it like slot cars.
I heard a story about the track owner letting a NASCAR honcho
drive the owner's Mercedes around the track. The owner kept
urging the honcho to go faster. The bigwig thought he must
have broken 100 mph; the owner replied that it wasn't much
over 60.
