I saw Harvick's in-car, it covered all that. He was being told to go low
which he did, almost going down pit road. The 25 fell in in front of him
(doing the same speed) and a bit to the outside, as he followed along pit
road wall. His spotter called "clear, clear", then BV hit the brakes, so KH
swerved to the right... and there was RN, sliding down the track. No call
from the spotter during those agonizing (approximately) 4 seconds from the
call of "clear, clear" to the impact. And none afterwards.
