I have said all along that the chemistry just isn't (wasn't) right for Alan
in the booth. If he's constantly worrying about having to setup the other
two guys or worried they might say something silly and he's got to cover it
or run with it, then his entire game is going to be off. It's like having a
conversation with somebody who's schizophrenic. You just never know what
they're going to say.

AB did MRN radio like a champ. He was top-notch. I don't think it's about

Weber seems to me to be way too forced. He goes for the dramatic
presentation. IMHO, it's tedious, even during the pre-race.
Let the Fox crew do the entire season! Ya' gotta figure the NBC suits are
watching and comparing the two shows and seeing there is an obvious
difference. It's like Fox is <pick your favorite progressive, 90s
corporation where suits and ties are forbidden> and NBC is IBM.
