Massa for next season and the Vettel option becomes active in
2014."

Makes no sense to any of the parties involved. Why should Mac or RBR
drivers switch to both a lesser car and lesser position in the team?
Ever Webber has a better position in RBR than he would in Ferrari.

And why should Ferrari mix their perfect winning ticket? If they want
both championships, they need a strong supporting driver, not someone
who would challenge Fernando or would be unmotivated to play the
second fiddle. Ferrari culture clearly works better if they have a
clear number one.
