Why? You're glad Fred is ditching a team which has been very

How odd!

Yeah, you've always have comprehension difculties, pablito
JJBoulas
I notice you can't refute what I posted.
Well, I refuted it in another post and you didn't answer...
Here's my quote :
"So every driver that ever leaves a team "dumps" it? That's a bit
extreme isn't it? Plus, in both cases, ->McLaren and ->Ferrari,
kept his >> commitment level at 100% during that year. I don't think
it's fair to >> call that dumping."

Why do you have to slag off Fred in those terms when in reality
etc.Barrichello "dumping" Brawn? Is Rosberg "ditching" Williams? etc
There's a difference, ric, as you should know.
Firstly, show me where I've said that every driver that leaves a
team dumps it. You can't because I haven't.
Now, let's talk about Fred. Renault took him on board, gave him a
car which he could take and make himself a World Champion. I take
it you don't dispute that? So what does he do? Takes the big bucks
and takes his number 1 to McLaren... no loyalty to his old team,
notice?
Thigs go wrong at McLaren, for whatever reason (I really don't care
whether it was his fault, Lewis' fault, Ron's fault, whatever). But
they give him a car capable of winning the World Championship.
During that journey he has problems, what does he do? Stick with
the team and try and sort things out? No, he dumps them and crawls
back to the team which gave him a huge leg-up to start with.
Now instead of sticking with Renault and trying to repay some of
what they've invested in him he dumps them again and runs away to
the Glory team.
And in answer to your last paragraph, no, Barrichello isn't dumping
Brawn, rather the other way around, if indeed Barrichello is leaving
Brawn. As for Rosberg, I don't know the ins and outs of it. Is he
leaving team Willy, if so who made the decision, him or
Frank/Patrick? So I really can't comment there.
Personally I don't give a damn who Fred drives for as long as he
stays in F1, but I stand by my assertions stated.
And don't put words into my mouth (which you seem to do wheneve I
post something you disagree with). Once again, either show me where
I've said, or even implied, that every driver that leaves a team
dumps it, or keep that sort of comment to yourself.
Oh Paul this is a just another stick for you to beat Alonso and the
Tifosi with rather than celebrating a very talented driver arriving
at the most evocative team in motor racing. You consider it dumping
if you don't like the driver or team he's going to presumably. Your
internal logic is constructed in a process of reverse engineering to
match the image you'd prefer us to have of you. But we've all seen
this a little too much to accept that.
By your logic then Schumacher's loyalty particularly early on with
Ferrari should see you crowing his merits from the rooftops.
Take a laxative :)
But I do like Alonso, certainly one of the most exciting drivers to
watch.
I guess you've already taken a laxative - trouble is it appears to have
stuck in your throat ;-P
