Yeah, understood. However, there's the temptation to 'provide for
them'. A couple years in F1 makes for a nice trust fund.

6 months in F1 will do that, and he has been doing this for several
years so don't think money will ever be an issue!

Yeah, but they say that spending increases linearly with income especially
when you get up to that level. I mean you could hardly drive in F1 and live
in a council house could you? Tax alone takes more than 50% in most
countries. (Massa doesn't live in Monaco does he?)

To you or I six months of Massa's wage would set us up for life but we don't
have to walk the walk and talk the talk of an F1 driver, or pay the tax...

That said he seems like a sensible guy, he's probably got his finances in
order and hasn't blown *too* much on the conspicuous consumption that is the
trademark of an F1 driver. (Although I doubt he flies economy class like
Jenson.)
