On-line F1 viewing?

Longtime lurker....
I'm about to dump TV cable - rarely watch it, price is about to
increase. But I will lose my ability to watch F1 live.
I came across this site:

Does anyone here use it or know anything about it?
For 10 dollars, it's not a huge risk, but any info appreciated.
