How effective is it?
What circuits will it be most effective at?
It's been known about for a while so one would expect other teams to
have evaluated/re-evaluated the design. Who might be next to bring
one to a race and which race?
Is it more applicable to some cars than others?
Thoughts.
The concept would seem to derive the greatest benefit at
high-downforce circuits, so I'd bet that it wouldn't be very useful
at Montreal or Monza.
Also, it looks like BMW is interested in giving the concept a go:

I would imagine that the concept would quickly show up to be good, bad
or indifferent on each circuit in wind-tunnel tests.
