How effective is it?

I don't know, but is it bigger than Kubica's? Ha ha ha - ahem. Sorry!

What circuits will it be most effective at?

It's been known about for a while so one would expect other teams to
have evaluated/re-evaluated the design. Who might be next to bring one
to a race and which race?

Interestingly enough, some bloke (Riccardo Patrese, if memory serves)
said something about the other teams being "unable to test the same
solution at this point" and that we won't see it again in 2009 anyway,
because of the new regs. I have no idea why he would say that, but he
seemed fairly confident.
