Seems the French privacy laws are draconian.

Exactly why Max wants to sue there.
What I dont get is how and why French law applies to a British tabloid rag.
Can a ruling in France stop NotW publishing in the UK?
I assume he will play to win where ever he can, then claim it as a universal
victory.
