Safety Car nonsense will continue

"Ferrari's team principal Stefano Domenicali was less optimistic and
said the change may not come until next season.
"Well, I think that realistically speaking I don't know if this will be
possible to be changed before the end of the season," Domenicali
admitted."

It's pointless asking why Ferrari are in a position to know/decide when
the rulz are changing.

WTF can't teams tell Charlie Whiting/FIA which lap they've fueled their
cars to after the start(& during the race), so those which are genuinely
going to run out of fuel can go to the pits?

F1 being murdered by a thousand cuts.
