Ferrari's claim is stupid - as was their decision to not send their
drivers out on full wet tires. Everybody else seemed to know about the
requirement EXCEPT Ferrari and I just find that impossible to believe.
Their conscious decison to take a risk they hoped would pay off for
them was in violation of a MANDATORY requirement and it endangered
their fellow competitors and the team should be disqualified from the
race. I am shocked that apparently there has not been a protest from
any of the teams. I guess they know any protest regarding Ferrari will
fall on deaf ears...

Let's suppose the weather had cleared up and Ferrari had getting up the
sharp end...

Would Charlie have called the Ferraris in then???
