FIA seems a little surprised that only one team didn't get it, but
just in case a bell-boy will run down the pitlane next time shouting
"telegraph for Monsieur Todt". In the high tech world of F1, we're
going back to paper messages!



Don't know why it's such a surprise.. Ferrari keep everything on paper
