Emphasis mine. So, initial scrutineering comes around, they take the seals off and replace, under supervision, the performance enhancing O-rings.

Ah yes, it is Friday today. My apologies, I have been on the wrong day all week this week. It's working on Saturdays that does it, it messes with your head.
