Seems pretty clear-cut to me: the Ferraris and DC have to take an engine
change penalty. Surely one of the other teams has to protest this. Unless
they think that it might be useful to them later in the season, of course.

Perhaps we won't see any protests until after qualifying, to maximise the
damage to Ferrari...?
