Watch the steering wheel of both cars as they run into the left
hander, the wheel is held to the left, then the lock is carefully
wound off and then the wheel turned to the right as the car turns into
the hairpin. Contrast to Schumacher's onboard, where he's
countersteering as he's still going through the lefthander, before he
gets to the turn-right point. Furthermore, compare the speed the
armco goes past in Michaels' onboard with the same in the above - I
suspect MS's YouTube video is slowed down a bit, which would cover the
urgency of the slides.
