<shrug> Happy to see you know better, there's quite a few who don't on the roads around my part of the planet. NZ doesn't have the best drivers, or roads; beware anyone in a RAV4.

And yes, as I seems to have forgotten to mention, slow drivers are also a hazard. Most especially the annoying gits that do 60k around blind corners, brake at the sight of oncoming traffic, and floor it anywhere it's fit to pass.
