Well, you should have read further! I have not lost anything because
what i did, i did when i was 16 with no experience, no training and on
a moped with thin wheels.

What you did was when you were older, after training and in a
situation where you should have known better! There is no excuse for
locking a rear on a test!

Says nothing about me but plenty about the type of person i have
experienced and exactly why systems are perceived to be unfair when
there is no strict adherence to the rules.

As soon as somone is allowed to administer common sense, which i can
agree in some situations is a good thing, it leads to people getting
different treatment for the same situations. They then perceive the
system to be unfair and they get bitter & twisted

I am not bitching about the rules, i am bitching, as you put it, that
you are trying to make out it is a good thing that someone who was not
competent on their test was allowed to pass. I am talking about you!

You really are no good at this guess work stuff are you? I passed my
car test first time after 11 lessons and i passed my motorbike test
forst time with no lessons. I guess you passed under the CBT / Part 2
system? You had CBT and still locked up?

Back in my day there was no CBT! You bought a moped and off you went,
you learned the hard way! You were not allowed to learn on anything
larger than a 125cc bike if you were going for a test and you could
ride a 50cc as long as you liked without taking a test (On a
provisional licence). Hence why i had a Honda PX-50 then a Yamaha
DT-125.

Learn your history about bike licences and then come back to see me!

>Roadcraft is not simply a set of rules.

Agreed, but tests are about a set of manouvers (in my day questions
too) which should be completed successfully! You did not do this and
though you might be a good rider today i think there are too many
idiots on the road who have just passed their test, admittedly most
are car drivers!

I think car drivers should be forced to ride a bike for 6 months so
they learn to check their blind spot, especially on motorways!

Anyway, i think vehicle tests should be assessments partly from the
instructor and the test is over 3 or 4 different tests. That would be
a better representation of someone's driving ability.

I have never failed a vehicle test and passed them all first time! I
passed the car, bike, psv and train drivers all first time. You can
say i am talking bull, you can say what you like but I am have no
reason to. I am a professional driver, i get paid to do it. That makes
you an amateur!
