Richard Burns Rally Hangs

Just got RBR. When it finishes loading the Rally HQ, it hangs with the sound caught in a short loop.

Have latest drivers for my Audigy and have tried Sound Acceleration at Full, Basic and None. DirectSound tests OK.

Have patched the game to 1.02.

Any ideas?
